Who We Are
CRYSTAL RIDGE AFH LLC is an adult family home that was created to provide individuals with a place where their needs are prioritized. We are licensed by the Department of Social and Health Services of Washington state. We specialize in assisting individuals with Dementia/Alzheimer’s and developmental disabilities. At CRYSTAL RIDGE AFH LLC, it’s not only about the quality of our services. It’s also about the quality of life you want for your loved ones. We provide compassionate professional care with dignity and respect in a home-like environment.
We currently have two locations, allowing us to help more people receive services that are suitable for their unique needs. Residents can rest assured that in either location, their needs are prioritized. Here are our current locations:

Our mission is to treat each resident with respect and preserve their dignity while providing quality care. Along with these, we also aim to provide them with a place they can truly call their new home, where they have access to services and amenities that serve their needs and interests. With these, we also want their families to rest assured their loved ones are in good hands.
